Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our delivery partner and is on its way to your selected address.
During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
To minimize unnecessary CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our production facilities to you.
This reduces travel distance and helps save around 24 kg of CO₂ for every avoided mile—though it may slightly extend delivery time.
Delivery time refers to the total transit period after your package has been handed to the carrier, and it depends largely on your location.
Below are the estimated delivery times by region:
🇩🇪 Germany: 6–14 days
🇦🇹🇨🇭 Austria & Switzerland: 6–15 days
Please note: During busy seasons and public holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are beyond our control. International shipments may also be subject to unexpected customs delays.
Order Changes & Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm your address. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your address, please email support@beschwerdelos.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make adjustments, though we cannot guarantee changes after that period.
Delivery Delays
At Beschwerdelos, we understand how important timely delivery is and always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, certain factors may cause delays beyond our control—such as severe weather, transport disruptions, or courier-related issues.
Unforeseen factors like product availability, address verification, or payment processing may also delay dispatch. Should any such issue arise, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated.
Please note that Beschwerdelos cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, nor can we guarantee a specific delivery date. We will, however, always do our best to assist you and keep you informed.
Missing or Undelivered Items
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your package. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it is beyond our control.

In rare cases, tracking information may be delayed or unavailable due to technical issues. If this happens and you still cannot locate your order, please contact our support team—we’ll make sure to assist you promptly.
